After much thought and consideration, I have decided to retire from the practice of Urology and close Hammond Urology effective March 31, 2010.  It has been a pleasure and honor to practice Urology in the Upstate since 1980.

Your medical records can be obtained by contacting our office at 864-469-6828.  A medical record authorization form will need to be signed to release records.  A Letter of Release and Letter of Referral will be included in your medical records.  You may contact your family physician to guide you in the selection of a Urology group, should you need further Urologic Care.  Spartanburg and Greenville have a large number of talented Urologists.
